Walk With Ease

The Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program is an exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk With Ease. Classes are one-hour each and held on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays for six weeks. Classes will meet at the Riverside Park pavilion.

Session 3 will run from July 25 - September 1: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
