The City of Ypsilanti Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, One South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the following:
Special Use Permit: 206-210 N Washington
The Planning Commission will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and make a determination regarding an application for a special use permit at 206-210 N Washington. This is a resubmittal for an application that was previously approved at the April 19, 2017 Planning Commission meeting. The parcel is currently zoned CN, Core Neighborhood.
