The City of Ypsilanti Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. at Spark East, 215 W Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the following:
118-120 Maple St: demolition of accessory structure
The Historic District Commission will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and make a determination regarding an application for demolition of an accessory structure/outbuilding at 118-120 Maple St on the grounds that the structure constitutes a hazard to the safety of the public or the occupants.
