The City of Ypsilanti Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, One South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the following:
The Planning Commission will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and make a determination regarding an application for a special use permit at 75 Catherine. The parcel is currently zoned Production, Manufacturing and Distribution. The applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit for the expansion of a medical marijuana grow/processing facility.
