2009 CALENDAR OF MEETINGS
The Depot Town Downtown Development Authority will hold their regular Board of Directors meetings on the fourth Thursday of each month at 8:00 a.m. or as otherwise approved by the Authority. Unless otherwise indicated, meetings will be held at Utilities Instrumentation Services located at 306 N. River Street in Depot Town, Ypsilanti, Michigan or at the offices of Barnes and Barnes Apartment Management at 520 W. Cross Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan as noted below. Dates and locations for the 2008 regular meetings are shown below:

The Depot Town Downtown Development Authority and the City of Ypsilanti encourage persons with disabilities to participate in these meetings and will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as sign language interpreters for the deaf and hard of hearing and audio tapes of printed material being considered at the meetings, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon two (2) days notice to the Depot Town Downtown Development Authority.
