Administers compliance with the City Zoning Ordinance and reviews requests for rezoning, special use permits, street or alley vacations, planned unit developments and site plans. Responsible for amendments to the Master Plan and Zoning Ordinance. Meets the third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. Applications are due and all fees paid by 4:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month prior to the meeting. Planning and Development Department 734.483.9646.
