RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YPSILANTI, that pursuant to City Code Section 18-31(b), the city does hereby establish a special City of Ypsilanti Construction Board of Appeals for Property Maintenance Board of Appeals matters for the purpose of hearing appeals as provided in the BOCA National Property Maintenance Code, 1996, Sections 111.1 and 111.2, and the City Code Sections 18-31(a), 18-31(b) and 18-93, and other relevant sections.
