Administers interpretation of the language of the City Zoning Ordinance for the Zoning Board of Appeals for variances and interpretation of the official zoning map including zoning district boundaries. Meets the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. Applications are due and all fees paid by 4:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month prior to the meeting.
