Notice is given hereby that the City of Ypsilanti, will accept bids for:

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Ypsilanti until January 7, 2010, at 2:00 p.m., local time. As a result of additional bidding requirements the deadline for this bid has been extended to Friday, January 15, 2010, at 2 pm. All other submittal requirements remain the same. See demolition bid addendum 1 for details.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference and inspection will be held at Ypsilanti City Hall (Council Chambers) located at 1 South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197 with all concerned parties on December 18, 2009 at 9:00 a.m., local time. All buildings to be demolished will be available for inspection immediately following the pre-bid meeting to the extent that they can be safely entered. Recycle Ann Arbor will be available for questions at the pre-bid meeting.
