Parking Tickets
1. Pay online at www.ezpaycorp.com (Extra fee
of $2.95)
2. Pay by phone with a credit card 1-800-588-7275 (Hours
are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time)
3. Pay in person at City Hall, Treasury Department.
Cash or check only.
4. Pay by mail to City
of Ypsilanti, Parking Enforcement, P.O. Box 594,
Grand Blanc , MI 48439.
If you wish to deny responsibility or admit responsibility with an explanation you may do so by calling 1-800-588-7275 or by mail to the above address.
Failure to pay ALL parking tickets within 10 days with the exception of EXPIRED METER AND PARKING OVER THE LEGAL LIMIT - will result in an additional $5.00 fee being assessed against you. If it is necessary to issue a written notice for payment, an additional $5.00 notice fee shall be assessed for each notice issued.
EXPIRED METER AND PARKING OVER THE
LEGAL LIMIT - are subject to a graduated fee schedule as
follows:
1. The fine for parking over the legal limit or at an expired meter is $10
if paid at the City Treasurer's Office or 24 hour drop box before the
end of the next business day following issuance. MAILED
PAYMENTS AUTOMATICALLY BEGIN AT THE $15 FEE.
2. The fine for parking over the legal limit or at an expired meter is
$15 if paid in person, via mail, 24 hour drop box, or online within 14 days
following issuance.
3. The fine for parking over the legal limit or at an expired meter is $25
if paid in person, via mail, 24 hour drop box, or online after 14 days
following issuance.
If you have 6 or more outstanding parking tickets your vehicle can be towed.
PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED AS RECEIVED. POSTMARKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS EVIDENCE OF TIMELY PAYMENT.
