Due to global and local health concerns over the potential spread of the COVID19 virus, (a.k.a. Coronavirus), all interior rental inspections have been temporarily suspended effective immediately. Inspectors routinely enter as many as fifty dwelling units per day so this decision was made in an effort to minimize the risk of exposure and/or spread to the residents as well as our inspection personnel.
We will send notification of the next inspection once the program has been reinstated. Please be advised that if your property has already been scheduled for a re-inspection, we will be visiting the property on the scheduled date, however inspections will be limited to exterior items only. You will not receive an additional invoice for the exterior inspection and your presence is not required. You will only be invoiced for inspections that occur in the dwelling unit(s) once the inspection program has resumed.
As of March 12, 2020 new interior rental inspections will be placed on hold until further notice. Exterior and commercial inspections will continue.
