PUBLIC NOTICE: Sustainability Commission Virtual Meeting

The Ypsilanti Sustainability Commission will hold their regular meeting on Monday, March 08, 2021 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held virtually due to the pandemic. For more information about the Sustainability Commission and to see agendas and other meeting information, visit cityofypsilanti.com/sustainabilitycommission.

When prompted, enter the Meeting ID: 847 4212 2851, followed by the #, press # again to be connected. 

Members of the public will be able to make comment during the designated time for public comment. To address the commission, meeting participants will need to “raise their hand” to indicate they want to speak.   To raise your hand while participating online, click the “Raise Hand” icon at the bottom of the Zoom screen or press *9 via phone. 

Instructions for Persons with Disabilities

Persons with disabilities who need accommodations to effectively participate in the meeting should contact the City Clerk, Andrew Hellenga at ahellenga@cityofypsilanti.com by 5:00 p.m. on the day before the meeting to request assistance.  Closed captions will be provided during the meeting.
