PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: July 13, 2021 City Council Meeting


Public Hearing Notice

City of Ypsilanti City Council

Tuesday, 13 July 2021

The City of Ypsilanti City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 13, at the 7:00 p.m. meeting on the Zoom Platform  The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the following:

Traffic Control Orders Adoption

The City Council will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and consider the first reading of an ordinance to permanently adopt the following Traffic Control Orders:

  • 2021-01, provide handicap sign for the northernmost space on the west side of the 10 block of N Huron, remove “no parking” signage
  • 2021-02; provide a meter on the west side of the 10 block S Washington at the former Beer Cooler entrance
  • 2021-03, to update no-parking signage adjacent to Market Plaza
  • 2021-05, replace “No Parking, Tow Away Zone” signage on Ninde

Complete copies of these Traffic Control Orders are on file with the City Clerk’s Office.
