NOTICE TO PUBLIC
BOARD OF REVIEW APPOINTMENTS
Notice is hereby given by the undersigned, Frances McMullan, Clerk of the City of Ypsilanti, County of Washtenaw, and State of Michigan to all residents of the City of Ypsilanti: that all persons protesting their assessment must complete petitions prior to appearing before the Board. A personal appearance is not required. All petitions must be received in the Assessor’s office by March 15, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. postmark will not be accepted.
The Board of Review will be held in the Ypsilanti City Hall, at 1 S. Huron Street. Entry into the building can be accessed through the front doors of City Hall. Please come prepared, as a (10) minute limit before the Board will be strictly adhered to.
The following is the schedule for March Board of Review.
Tuesday, March 5, 2019 Organizational Meeting - 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Tuesday, March 12, 2019 Hearings from 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday, March 13, 2019 Hearings from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday, March 15, 2019 Hearings from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
