A public hearing will be held by City Council at a regular meeting to receive public comments on the following:
Conditional Rezoning: 9 Casler: CN-Mid to CN
The City Council will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and consider the first reading of an ordinance to rezone 9 Casler from Core Neighborhood-Mid to Core Neighborhood. The applicant has offered to place conditions upon the rezoning, consisting of prohibiting any future use as multifamily, at a public hearing at the December 2018 Planning Commission meeting, and the Planning Commission has recommended denial at their regular March 2019 meeting.
