Two public hearings will be held by the Ypsilanti Planning Commission at their regular meeting to consider the following:
Special Use Permit: Recreational Marihuana Retailer
The Ypsilanti Planning Commission will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and make a determination on an application for a Special Use Permit for Marihuana Retailer use at 1090 N. Huron River Drive (Parcel ID # 11-11-05-150-007).
The Ypsilanti Planning Commission will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and make a determination on an application for a Special Use Permit for Marihuana Retailer use at 539 S. Huron St. (Parcel ID # 11-11-37-101-002).

The City invites all interested persons to attend this meeting or to send written comments to the City of Ypsilanti, Community & Economic Development Department, One South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197. The City of Ypsilanti will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired, Limited English Proficiency (LEP) services, and audios of printed materials being considered at the meeting.
