Thomas Koch is the Communication Manager for Ypsilanti, where he has lived since 2017. Tom grew up in Trenton, Michigan, where he participated in Musical Theatre, Marching Band, and Jazz Band at Trenton High School. He has always had a strong passion for building relationships in groups of any size and embracing his local community. Tom has always been fond of Ypsilanti for its diversity and support for the performing arts and recently received his degree in Communication from Eastern Michigan University. He enjoys seeing live shows, video games, disc golf, and reading in his free time. You can reach him at tkoch@cityofypsilanti.com.
