City Building Permits Required, Without Plans

  • Demolition (wrecking clearances are required from utility authorities, i.e. gas, electric, water/sewer and soil erosion)
  • Doors (new & replaced)
  • Roofs (house and/or garage)
  • Siding, gutters & trim
  • Windows

With Mortgage Survey/plot Plan

  • Concrete patios
  • Hot tubs
  • Pools over 24'' deep, including portable and storable pools.  (requires building and electrical permits)
  • Sheds

  • Playhouses under 120 square feet
