The City of Ypsilanti City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at the 7:00 p.m. meeting in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, One South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the following:
Map Amendment (Rezoning): 311 Ballard
The City Council will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and consider the first reading of an ordinance to rezone 311 Ballard. This parcel is currently zoned C, Center. The applicant is requesting a rezoning to CN, Core Neighborhood. The Master Planned future land use for 311 Ballard is Center. The address, parcel number, and legal description of the parcel to be rezoned is:
- 311 Ballard: 11-11-40-183-017, YP CITY 13W-26 E 4 RDS OF S 71 FT OF LOTS 5& 6, BLK 3 DAVID F. BALLENTINES & RICHARD E. MORSE'S ALLOTMENT OF THE WESTERN ADDITION.
