Public Hearing Notice

City of Ypsilanti Planning Commission

Wednesday, August 16, 2017 

The City of Ypsilanti Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 16, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, One South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197.  The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the following:

 

Map Amendment (Rezoning): 75 Catherine  

The Planning Commission will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and make a recommendation to City Council regarding the rezoning of 75 Catherine.  This parcel is currently zoned CN, Core Neighborhood. The applicant is requesting a rezoning to PMD, Production, Manufacturing and Distribution. The Master Planned future land use for 75 Catherine is Central Neighborhood. The address, parcel number, and legal description of the parcel to be rezoned is:

  • 75 Catherine: 11-11-39-402-001, YP CITY 1-W4 LD COM AT SE COR CATHERINE &CHID- ESTER STS, TH S ALONG E LINE CHID- ESTER 259.45 FT, TH NE 182.11 FT, TH N TOS LINE CATHERINE ST, TH WLY ALONG S LINE CATHERINE ST TO BEG.
