The City of Ypsilanti Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, One South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the following:
Special Use Permit: 311 Ballard
The Planning Commission will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and make a determination regarding an application for a special use permit at 311 Ballard. The parcel is currently zoned CN, Core Neighborhood. The applicant is requesting a special use permit for a group residence with 6 rooms. The address, parcel number, and legal description of the parcel are:
- 311 Ballard: 11-11-40-183-017, YP CITY 13W-26 E 4 RDS OF S 71 FT OF LOTS 5& 6, BLK 3 DAVID F. BALLENTINES & RICHARD E. MORSE'S ALLOTMENT OF THE WESTERN ADDITION.
