Road construction work is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 23, 2017, and on street parking during this time is prohibited for the following streets:
Summit Street - Michigan Avenue to Washtenaw
Congress - Elm to Michigan Avenue
Hamilton - Cross to Washtenaw
Please park on a side street until the work is complete and the temporary no parking signs are removed.
Please keep children and pets away from the construction operation. Construction activity, and the associated equipment that goes with it, is attractive to small children and can be dangerous to them. Be aware that during asphalt paving operations, the asphalt is placed at an extremely HOT temperature and can BURN feet of pedestrians and pets. Bicycle riders and walkers should stay away from the hot asphalt until it has cooled.
