City of Ypsilanti Planning Commission

The City of Ypsilanti Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, One South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the following:
Map Amendment (Rezoning): Bell-Kramer Neighborhood
The Planning Commission will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and make a recommendation to City Council regarding the rezoning of sixteen parcels in the Bell-Kramer Neighborhood. This area is currently zoned PMD, Production, Manufacturing and Distribution. City staff is recommending a rezoning to CN-Mid, Core Neighborhood Mid. The Master Planned future land use for the Bell-Kramer Neighborhood is District. The address and parcel numbers of the properties to be rezoned are:
