The City of Ypsilanti Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, One South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the following:
Special Use Permit: 203 N Summit
The Planning Commission will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and make a determination regarding an application for a special use permit and associated site plan at 203 N Summit. The parcel is currently zoned CN-Mid, Core Neighborhood-Mid. The applicant is requesting a special use permit for a multiple family dwelling with 3 units. The address, parcel number, and legal description of the parcel are:
- 203 N Summit: 11-11-40-163-024, YP CITY 21W-84 N 1/2 OF LOT 60 CROSS & BAGLEY'S ADDITION.
Special Use Permit: 539 S Huron
The Planning Commission will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and make a determination regarding an application for a special use permit at 539 S Huron. The parcel is currently zoned GC-General Corridor. The applicant is requesting a special use permit for the existing use as a medical marijuana facility in the existing building. The address, parcel number, and legal description of the parcel are:

The parcels are currently zoned GC-General Corridor. The applicant is requesting a special use permit for the expansion of the use as a medical marijuana facility into a new building.
