Public hearings will be held by the Planning Commission at their regular meeting to consider the following items:
Special Use Permit: 112 Perrin St: Supportive Housing
The Planning Commission will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and make a determination regarding an application for a special use permit at 112 Perrin St to operate Supportive Housing for up to 8 clients. The current use is single-family. The parcel is currently zoned Core Neighborhood.
The address, parcel number, and legal description of the parcel are: 112 Perrin St, 11-11-40-416-010, LOT 21 STUCKS ADDITION.
Special Use Permit Expansion: 834 Railroad: Marijuana Growing/Processing
The Planning Commission will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and make a determination regarding an application for an expanded special use permit at 834 Railroad St for Marijuana Growing/Processing. The parcel is currently zoned General Corridor, and was approved for the existing Special Use Permit in October 2013; additional space on the site, previously used as an arts studio and storage, is being proposed to use for growing/processing and storage.
The address, parcel number, and legal description of the parcel are: 834 Railroad St, 11-11-04-270-012, E 90 FT OF LOT 587 NORRIS WESTERN ADDITION.
