The City of Ypsilanti City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, at the regular 7:00 p.m. meeting in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, One South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the following:
Map Amendment (Rezoning): 75 Catherine
The City Council will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and consider the first reading of an ordinance to rezone 75 Catherine. This parcel is currently zoned CN, Core Neighborhood. The applicant is requesting a rezoning to PMD, Production, Manufacturing and Distribution. The Master Planned future land use for 75 Catherine is Central Neighborhood. The address, parcel number, and legal description of the parcel to be rezoned is:
