The City of Ypsilanti Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 27, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, One South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the following:
Variance Request: Front Setback at 1430 Witmire Ave
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hear an application, hold a public hearing, and make a determination regarding a variance application to permit an addition to the structure at 1430 Witmire to encroach on the required front yard setback. The property in question is currently zoned R-1, single-family residential. Its address, parcel number, and legal description are: 1430 WITMIRE AVE, 11-11-05-308-015, YP CITY 19A-W62 LOT 294 & ELY 25' OF LOT 295 COLLEGE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION NUMBER ONE.
