A public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission at their regular meeting to consider the following items:

 

Map Amendment (Rezoning): 9 Casler 

The Planning Commission will hear a presentation, hold a public hearing, and make a recommendation to City Council regarding the rezoning of 9 Casler St.  The parcel is currently zoned CN-Mid, Core Neighborhood Mid. The applicant is requesting a rezoning to CN, Core Neighborhood. The address, parcel number, and legal description of the parcel are: 9 Casler St: 11-11-39-403-001, 37W-8 PART OF LOT 7, A. LAZELIER'SADD & UNPLATTED LAND, COM ON S LINE LOT 7, A. LAZELIER'S ADD 142.56 FT FROM NW COR SAID LOT, TH N 47 DEG 30' E 46.20 FT, TH N 86 DEG 30' E 114.84 FT. TH S9 DEG W 66 FT, TH S 79 DEG W 95.7 FT TO CASLER ST, TH N 45 DEG W ALONG N LINE CASLER ST. 66 FT TO PT OF BEG.

The City invites all interested persons to attend this meeting or to send written comments to the City of Ypsilanti, Community & Economic Development Department, One South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197.  The City of Ypsilanti will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired, Limited English Proficiency (LEP) services, and audios of printed materials being considered at the meeting.  Individuals requiring auxiliary aids or services should provide two (2) days’ notice to the City, and contact the City by writing the City Clerk's Office, One South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197; or by calling the Clerk’s Office at (734) 483-1100.
