Resources for Moving to Ypsilanti

Housing Options

Housing options in Ypsilanti range from beautiful Victorian single-family historic homes, to mid-sized houses, to lofts, studios, and efficiencies located near EMU and in Historic downtown and Depot Town.

The City has a range of student housing options as well as senior living and multi-family communities. An active rental inspection program as well as the Historic District have helped sustain quality rental and single-family housing stock.
